Located in the master planned community of Dos Lagos. This project is comprised of 3 separate class A office buildings (view site plan). There are two 6-story buildings and one 4-story building. Each building is approximately 155,000 sq ft and they total 475,000 sq ft. The first phase will include one 6-story building and the 4-story building. We will commence construction in the 4th Quarter of 2006 and be completed by Christmas of 2007. These will be the highest quality office buildings in this fast growing Inland Empire market.
